Letter from E. Gottwholk to Dr. Meyer Bodansky, dated December 27, 1939. The letter, which is written in cursive, thanks Dr. Bodansky for a previous letter and continues to discuss fellow doctors and current events.

Letter from Dr. Meyer Bodansky to Dr. C. V. Mosby, dated December 27, 1939. In the letter, Dr. Bodansky expresses his anticipation to receive Dr. Mosby's "Christmas greetings and to that which usually accompanies them". He states that the readings that Dr. Mosby sends are "interesting and enjoyable".

Letter from Dr. Meyer Bodansky to Dr. Jarrett E. Williams, dated December 26, 1939. In the letter, Dr. Bodansky nominates some research assistants that he believes are worthy to be included in a research catalog. Dr. Bodansky also inquires about changing the title of his department from "'pathological chemistry'" to "'chemical pathology'".

Letter from Dr. Meyer Bodansky to Dr. Nicholoon J. Eastman, dated December 26, 1939. In the letter, Dr. Bodansky informs Dr. Eastman that he has enclosed a carbon copy of a publication entitled "Determination of Paraldehyde in Biological Fluids", which he believes Dr. Eastman might find useful in his studies.

Letter from Dr. Meyer Bodansky to Mr. H. R. Nassour, Jr. sending his greetings and thanks for a letter written in November, 1939. Mr. Nassour's attached letter states his regrets at not being able to see Dr. Bodansky the last time he visited Texas.

Letter from Dr. Meyer Bodansky to Mr. Phillip E. Jacobs, remitting payment for a bill which was lost during a trip and due in 1932. In the letter, Dr. Bodansky apologizes for the mishap and sends a check for payment.

Letters between Dr. Meyer Bodansky, who is from the Department of Pathological Chemistry at the University of Texas School of Medicine, and A. L. Dean, who is the Secretary of the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in London, England. The first letter, which is dated December 16, 1939, is from Dr. Bodansky. He explains that he recently has been interested in Scottish medicine, and has been studying scholarly volumes and manuscripts. He requests that the museum send him a particular volume of work over John D. Comrie that is entitled, "History of Scottish Medicine". The second letter is a response from the Secretary, and is dated January 6, 1940. The Secretary explains that the volumes are only distributed by the publisher, and provides the name and address of who to contact.

Letter from Dr. Burt B. Smith to Dr. Meyer Bodansky, dated December 11, 1939. In the letter, Dr. Smith explains that an employee named Jane Williamson, whom Dr. Bodansky recommended Dr. Smith hire, is enthusiastically living up to his recommendations "in every way".

Letter from Dr. Meyer Bodansky to Dr. M. D. Levy, dated December 4, 1939. In the letter, Dr. Bodansky introduces Miss Anita Wichlep to Dr. Levy in hopes of finding a job for her in Texas. Dr. Bodansky explains that Miss Wichlep just finished her studies and training in his laboratory, and is seeking a job opening that is close to home.

Letters between Dr. Meyer Bodansky, who is from the John Sealy Hospital, and Harilaus Economidy, who is a Comptroller for the United Employers Casualty Company. The first letter is from Mr. Economidy, and explains a business situation concerning the purchase of stock. The second letter is a response from Dr. Bodansky, who explains that he is disappointed that Mr. Economidy decides not to invest in his company, however wishes him the best of luck.

Letters between Dr. Meyer Bodansky and Dr. Philip Hillkowitz, exchanging information about a recommendation letter Dr. Hillkowitz wrote for one of Dr. Bodansky's students. Attached is a letter from the Denver General Hospital, informing Dr. Philip Hillkowitz that the doctor he has recommended was late submitting his application. In addition is a postcard informing from Dr. Hillkowitz, informing Dr. Bodansky that a recommendation will be written.

Letter from Dr. John W. Spies to Dr. Meyer Bodansky, who is from the Department of Pathological Chemistry of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Texas. The letter, which is dated November 29, 1939, informs Dr. Bodansky that he has sent him a copy of "the Proposed Amendments to Rules and Regulations of the Board of Regents for the Government of the University of Texas which were adopted by the Board of Regents on July 15, 1939".

Letters between Dr. Meyer Bodansky and Dr. Burt B. Smith, dated November 28, 1939. The first letter is handwritten by Dr. Smith, and discusses a recent medical meeting in Dallas that Dr. Bodansky was unable to attend. He also asks Dr. Bodansky if he would like to be a guest speaker at a future meeting of the Technicians Society. The second letter is a response from Dr. Meyer Bodansky. He thanks Dr. Smith for helping a student named Jane Williamson with her graduate courses.
