The two letters are dated December 18, 1940 and December 23, 1940. The first letter, which is from Dr. Meek, requests the advice of Dr. Bodansky concerning changes to specific aspects of the Society's publications. The second letter is a response from Dr. Meyer Bodansky, in which he suggests that the pricing of the publications might be too "modest". Dr. Bodansky also assures Dr. Meek that he will continue to consider his letter.

Letters between Dr. Meyer Bodansky and J. L. Whitman from the Department of Chemistry at the Texas Christian University. The second letter, which is from Mr. Whitman, urges Dr. Bodansky to consider membership to The American Institute of Chemists. The first letter, which is from Dr. Bodansky, is a response in which he states that he will consider the membership.

Letter from Martin Matheson, Advertising and Sales Manager of John Wiley & Sons Publishers, to Eleanor Bodansky, informing her that the publisher has given permission for a society to reprint on film a table from her late husband's textbook. As this is a normal request of an old edition, they did not seek Mrs. Bodansky's permission.

Letter from E. P. Hamilton to Eleanor Bodansky, discussing with Mrs. Bodansky the royalties and contracts appropriate for the publication of a textbook written by her late husband, Dr. Meyer Bodansky. Also included is consideration of a doctor who assisted Dr. Bodansky in writing the textbook, Dr. Marion Fay.

Letter from Dr. Bodansky to Dr. McIver accepting his proposition for Dr. Bodansky to make a presentation at the Texas Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Note to Dr. John W. Spies that concerns him seeing Dr. Meyer Bodansky before he leaves. The note, which is dated October 18, 1940, has the initials "J.E.W." at the bottom, as well as a short handwritten note.
