Letter from Carlos E. Castañeda to John Herrera regarding the release to the press of Exhibit 5 from the hearing, the stipulation agreed upon. The hearing was successful on every point desired, except that they had to "sacrifice our friend Alba". Castañeda asks Herrera to suggest that Alba make an application through WMC and be referred to the refinery.
