I surely don't want to get into another race only to find labor and the Latin Americans going off in other directions."

This letter apparently accompanied a rough copy of a LULAC placard that was to be printed. Herrera asks for quotes and delivery times. Herrera also inquires about making automobile stickers of the LULAC shield.
