Photograph of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra at Akard Mall. According to the information hand-written on the back, the show was part of a "Sidewalk Symphony" concert series in May, 1978. The concert series was sponsored by the City Arts Program division of the Dallas Park and Recreation Department and the Dallas Park Board. There were four free noontime concerts in May that attracted 2,500 to 3,000 people downtown.

Memorandum by V. C. Campbell states that a mug shot negative of Jack Ruby was released to T. A. Hutson. A handwritten note on the reverse reads: "At same date and time noted on reverse, Assistant Chief T. A. Hutson handed down the original negative mug shot to Chief D. A. Byrd who in turn gave it to Mr. Jack Moriarty and Mr. Harold A. Rose of the House Select Committee. The negative was a loan and was to be returned to this department on completion of their investigation."
