Criminal intelligence report addressed to Captain W. F. Dyson. The report, which was written by C. T. Burnley, states that newspaper clippings regarding the Garrison investigation are attached. The clipped articles are titled "More Facts, Less Doubting," "JFK Death Probe Figure Missing," "Garrison Investigation Questioned," "Garrison Arrests Leading Businessman," "Shaw: Man of Means and 'Restoration Society,'" and "Dallas Lawmen Know Nothing of Clay Shaw."

Criminal intelligence report which was written by detective C. T. Burnley of the Dallas Police Department. The report states that newspaper clippings are attached. The articles featured include "More Facts, Less Doubting," "JFK Death Probe Figure Meeting," "Garrison Investigation Questioned," and "Garrison Arrests Leading Businessmen." They were published in the Dallas Times Herald and the Dallas Morning News.

Letters addressed to Dick West and A. C. Green from Joe H. Tonahill. Tonahill writes to express his appreciation for their acquaintanceship. The letters are very nearly the same, with some differences. The first letter is a photocopy, while the second is a carbon copy.

Transcript of a polygraph examination given to Mr. Carroll Jarnagin. Jarnagin stated that he had overheard a conversation between Jack Ruby and Lee Harvey Oswald. The polygraph examination revealed that Jarnagin was intoxicated at the time of the alleged conversation and had made the story up.
