Cornwall states that Daniels was interviewed at length about additional information regarding the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald and Jack Ruby's entrance to the basement of City Hall, and that an affidavit was taken regarding that information.

Report to Chief J. E. Curry by Jack Revill concerning an interview with Sergeant R. L. Mayo. Revill states that Sergeant Mayo was interviewed as to any information he might have concerning the shooting of Lee Harvey Oswald that was not covered in his original report. Mayo described an unknown white male approximately 25 years of age who attempted to enter the basement of the City Hall, and that he disappeared shortly after the shooting of Oswald. He further stated that he did not know Jack Ruby.
