Six & 8/100 Dollars at Bonners' Bank, Rusk Texas, with 12 per cent interest per annum from Jany 1, 85 until paid. If not paid at maturity, and place in the hands of an Attorney for collection, or if sued upon, ten per cent to be added to the amount of this Note and interest as collecting fee."
