Recording of Sophoklis Arvanitis' Inclination. This work is meant to expose the listener to artificial sound spectra and artificial expressive gestures and space. The recorded material included in this composition was produced from the mixture of two or more objects; some are small metallic objects, natural materials, ceramic, and glass. Each material used has its unique characteristics and those are used to create new and interesting sounds that elaborate the composition.

Recording of Kyong Mee Choi's Sublimation. This is a work for marimba and two-channel tape. The piece represents the composer's idea based on the several dictionary definitions of the word "Sublime".

Recording of Pedro Manuel Rocha's "To a World Free from Religions." This piece contains two versions: an eight-channel version and a two-channel stereo track version. Includes 8 tracks and a two channel stereo track of a reduction recording of the full track. The composer created this piece to depict the exclusive beauty that will occur in a world free of religions. The composer uses gong and soundwave-like electroacoustic sounds.

Recording of Krzysztof Knittel's ...in the opposite direction.... This is quadraphonic electroacoustic work that includes music that was presented with a live art performance "D.J. cool swamp (Nymphs finding the head of Orpheus)". During the piece the sound of a CD "scratch" can be heard that plays a bossa nova song written by Knittel in the sixties.

Recording of Lars Hojerdahl's A une passange. This work is for electronics and is based on a poem by the same name. The composer wove the text into their own musical structure and created this work as a piece of music where moods and rhythms leave traces of the original material.

Recording of Miklos Sugar's Chansons françaises n°2. This is a work for electronics that includes the instrumentation of flute, violin, cello, and soprano voice. This piece was inspired by the poetic world of Samuel Beckett and the composer attempts to recreate his themes with short musical movements and motifs.

Recording of Pavel Kopecký's Ornamentation (from Suite MOOG). This work was created as part of the electroacoustic suite M-O-O-G. The original version was six-channels or acousmatic version with 8-channels. The composer made this recording a stereo mix.

Recording of Daniel Matej's Cave Songs (re)mix. This work was concieved mainly as a "next step" from the sound installation, Caves, which the composer had made with Tibor Szemző in 2004. Many of the used and non-used sounds from that installation were used to create this work. The work as a whole contains 5 separate pieces titled: 1. gospel, 2. blues, 3. de profundis, 4. sex, and 5. ho-chi-min. The composer gives thanks to Mr. Richard Sabo for his technical assistance as well as Jan Boleslav Kladivo for the 'artistic accompaniment'.

Recording of Roald Baudoux's Improglio. This work contains collected voice samples from a previous improvisation collective called "Inaudible". This composition takes its unity from the material's vocal origin which in this case is vocalist Jean-Michel Van Schouwburg.

Recording of Haruka Hirayama's Swallow. This work was created for soprano saxophone and a live computer. The various timbres of soprano saxophone creates the significant contrast throughout the piece. Transformed instrumental sound from the computer supports the virtuoso of the soloist.

Recording of Daniel Barreiro's (Un)folding. This is a work for electroacoustic sounds that uses sounds of paper as its main source material. This piece can be thought of as showing different points of view of an object that moves and changes its form during the unfolding of time.

Recording of James Carpenter's Flux (panoramic). This is a work for electronics where a large amount of the source material was collected from an expansive field in Yorkshire, New England. "Panoramic" refers to the form while "Flux" refers to the continuous blending of material.

Recording of Pete Stollery's Serendipities and Synchronicities. This piece was commissioned by the Reeling & Writhing Theatre Company, Glasgow as part of Standing Wave, a play about the life and music of Delia Derbyshire. Like the play, the composer of this piece wanted to create something which derived from Delia's work in the 1960s. Much of the material in this work comes from feedback loops that were created years prior when the composer worked with analogue resources. This work premiered at the Tron Theatre, Glasgow in October 2004.

Recording of Ambrose Seddon's Tambo. This work is concerned with opposition and unity, both in the physical and psychological realms. These ideas are explored using sound materials that exhibit contrasting qualities in terms of possible material origin, gestural input, and spectral content. This work aims to establish a sense of developing dialogue between these sound worlds.

Recording of Nikos Stavropoulos' Atropos. The title of this work references one of the Moirae (the Fates) and metaphorically indicates the acousmatic processes involved in the work's composition. While the title is not directly related to the content of the composition, it was chosen to reflect the processes and their relation to the materials. The recording included has a stereo version as well as individual tracks for 6 speakers.

Recording of Diego Losa's Cronicas del tiempo. This piece is an acoustic transcription of memories - the past, present, and future in the form of a story of a travelling man. This work, composed and played through a multi-channel system, deals with the unconscious; a reflection on sensations drawn from original sounds of Buenos Aires recorded at various times and then transformed with GRM Tools.

Recording of Antonio Ferreira's A Romance of Rust. The composer states that rust can be seen as a metaphor for time's arrow or a well-worn image about the perceived flow of time in music. The decay of materials correlates to the decay of sound objects and gestures in our memory while we listen intentionally to some piece of music. This piece was commissioned by Miso Music Portugal.

Recording of Kyong Mee Choi's Tranquility. This piece was inspired by the image of a tranquil pond at dawn. While the essence of the piece, tranquility, is presented, subtle tension is still achieved through dynamics and articulations of sonic gestures. The majority of sound samples are processed by CLM.
