Minutes for July 13, 2006 Texas Daily Newspaper Association Board of Directors' Meeting at the Headliner's Club in Austin, Texas. The members in attendance of the meeting were, Jeremy Halbreich, Gary Borders, Larry Walker, Patrick Birmingham, Nelson Clyde IV, Darrell Coleman, M. Olaf Frandsen, Belinda Gaudet, Buddy King, Ken Whalen, and Darla Thompson. President Jeremy Halbreich opened the meeting and Ken Whalen presented the administrative report stating that TDNA fiscal situation had improved and the association is looking forward to a surplus of one-hundred thousand dollars.

The members in attendance of the meeting were, Larry Walker, Bob Carlquist, Gary Borders, Darrell Coleman (mis-identified), Buddy King, Charles Moser, Doug Toney, Ken Whalen and secretary Darla Thompson. President Larry Walker opened the meeting and Ken Whalen presented his reports on the administrative and the TDNA annual meeting.
