This report describes the transportation and environmental impacts and proposed mitigation measures associated with the construction and operation of a proposed, 9.3 mile, double-tracked Light Rail Transit (LRT) line from a junction with the Farmers Branch / Carrollton Line north of Bachman Station to the vicinity of Belt Line Road and Valley View Lane in Irving. An evaluation of the planned extension of this line to the Central Terminal Area of DFW International Airport (DFWIA) is not included in this report, pending DFWIA guidance. Because the line would connect to DFWIA, the Federal Aviation Administration cooperated in the development of this report. This Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) was written following the completion of a Draft EIS and subsequent 45-day public review and comment period and it includes responses to concerns raised during that period.

Appendix C to the Final Environmental Statement for the proposed LRT extension from a junction north of Bachman Station to Irving and DFW Airport. It contains maps and drawing drawing made during the preliminary engineering process.
