According to the label on the photograph's back, a crowd of 20,400 fills the stands. Light on tall poles stand around the inner and outer areas of the track. To the left and outside of the track are two large buildings that sit alongside some of the stands that face the track. The rest of the photo is dark and dotted with yellow, orange, and red balls of light.
