She shares the details of her activity in the National Wool Growers Association, Texas Sheep & Goat Raisers, and her instrumental help in moving the National Make-It-With-Wool organization to Kerrville. She also briefly covers her immediate family history.

Interview with Mary Margaret Hall Doyen, who was born in the Philippines and moved to Kerrville, Texas when she was 9. Mrs. Doyen details the reasons her family moved to the Philippines, and then to Kerrville. Within the interview, she also talks about her family history (including her Cherokee Indian heritage), the flood of 1932, her grandparent's jewelry store, Self's Jewelry, her schooling in Kerrville, meeting her husband, Glen Doyen, during World War II, and her various occupations throughout her life. Mrs. Doyen says she possesses many photos of Kerrville because of her and her mother's work as photography developers.

Interview with Joe Marcus "J.M." Auld, Jr., a Texan rancher from Kerrville, Texas. Mr. Auld identifies his family members (including Kerr County pioneers who immigrated from Scotland), describes the difficulties of ranch life, and mentions local cultural phenomena. The interview includes stories of "Indians," eradicating the screwworm fly from Kerr County, and life during the Great Depression. He also discusses the role of game hunting to today's ranchers.

Mrs. Dickerson describes her early interest in airplanes and tells stories from her days with the WWII Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP), flying different types of aircraft to bases all over the United States. She includes the history of WASP, its formation, and dissolution. Her flying stories detail plane crashes and near-death experiences, including the sabotage of planes at the airport in Enid, OK by a German National. Mrs. Dickerson also talks about running a flying service in the Kerrville airport with her husband, Carl Meek, during the early days of aviation after WWII.

Interview with Ammie Rose Hollar Garrett Salter, a retiree who has lived in Kerrville, Texas intermittently over the years. Mrs. Salter discusses visiting her grandparents in Kerrville, meeting her first husband, Julian "Joe" Garrett, a Canadian immigrant, her involvement with planes, her substitute teaching career, and her work with the Audubon Society.
