Across instep is narrow band of pink, white, and black leather segments set with a single square black faceted gem mounted in silver colored metal. A second matching strap extends from insole, curves across instep, threads through a similar band, then continues around back of heel and back down to reattach to insole on same side it began. This band also set with two square faceted black gems. 3" high spike heel is thick, covered with black patent leather on sides and back and brown leather as sole on front. "Sky Blessings" Caftan style dress of light blue herringbone weave silk and blue cotton plaid with wide embroidered borders. Turndown collar of blue cotton plaid. Center front opening of 4 circular, metallic blue buttons with gold floral design and loops. V-shaped yoke of blue fabric painted in white clouds, covered in fine blue net embroidered in peacock feathers designs, and bordered in embroidered ribbon in blue flower pattern. From yoke extends two, 3-1/2" bands of turquoise cotton embroidered in floral and leaf motifs. Wide, 3/4 length sleeves are in cotton plaid matching collar with hems trimmed in embroidered bands matching front of dress. Side gores of matching cotton plaid have 14-1/2" slits at hem.
