Funeral program for Bishop Johnson Bradford Jr. The funeral was held June 30, 2007 at Mount Horeb Missionary Baptist Church, officiated by Reverend Lelious A. Johnson. Funeral arrangements were made through David Clayton & Sons Funeral Home.

"The purpose of this book is to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the congregation of the Kerrville First United Methodist Church. [...] This book is a collection of many different compositions, stories, recollections, historical records and other items that make the history of this church congregation. It is intended to show who we are and how we have established a Christian community" (p. 3).

A history of the founding of Notre Dame Catholic Parish describing its cultural and religious milieu from the late 1800s. Emphasis is given on Father Henry Kemper's role in founding Our Lady of Guadalupe parish, church and school, and ultimately its closing. The book also has a focus on Kemper's welcoming of Mexican Americans into Notre Dame Church and Notre Dame School.
