Please Pass the Salt: Using Oil Fields for the Disposal of Concentrate from Desalination Plants
The purpose of this report is to show that oil and gas fields can physically and chemically accept concentrate from desalination plants, and to recommend changes to statute and rules that would allow the disposal of concentrate in oil and gas fields.
