[Promo video for "The Gospel Gurls" concert for TBAAL's 25th anniversary season]
Video promotion tape recorded during a concert given by the "Gospel Gurls" during TBAAL's 25th anniversary season on October 26th and 27th, 2001. The video splices together short clips of various songs and features each performer individually with a short display of their name during a solo. The "Gospel Gurls" is an all-female gospel choir comprised of seven older African American women. The concert was held at the Clarence Muse Cafe Theater in Dallas Texas. Tape provided by The Black Academy of Arts and Letters.
