The domed corners of the courthouse and it multi-domed clocktower rise above the trees surrounding the building's base. In the right side of the photo, a line of shopfronts sits facing a street that runs alongside the courthouse.

On a low pole in front of the stands' base a line of circular, plated American flags have been hung up. Within the stands a crowd of people of differing ages have sat down, dressed in a variety of clothing. Some wear cowboy hats while others wear ballcaps or no hats, many shirts with patterns or decorations, and multiple have dressed themselves in jeans. Through the open structure of the bench, a person on horseback can be seen in a grassy field beyond the stands, riding away from the seated crowd.
