A newspaper clipping featuring an article on the Edward and Betty Marcus Foundation awarding a grant to North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts at the University of North Texas. The grant will establish a Marcus Fellows program, an interactive computer program designed by the three institutions for pioneering teaching techniques for schoolchildren. Over a three-year period, schoolchildren will visit the museum and incorporate their interpretations of artworks into their regular studies. In regards to an upcoming class visitation on January 8th and how Broadus will plan to present a lesson dealing with winter. Broadus plans on bringing a reproduction of a winter landscape or something visually similar, in order to get the children to talk about the art.

A proposal, Directors' Forum: Showcasing Innovation filled out by Sheila Brown, William McCarter and Jack Davis. The title of their presentation is Distance Learning and Staff Development. On the forum they give a brief description of the project, as it is a collaborative effort between the North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts and the Prairie Visions Institute.
