McCarter and Davis go into detail about what NTIEVA does and what their program DBAE, discipline-art based education does for teachers, students and districts they work with. McCarter and Davis finish their letter saying how their continued collaboration and support in every way makes it possible to formulate art education initiatives and additional learning opportunities.
