The School of the Art Institute played a seemingly large role in the exhibit as well.

The letter is in regards to a prior lunch meeting Bancroft had with Davis and McCarter, where they described North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts and their primary goals. They write their appreciation for Bancroft's guidance as they finalize their proposal to be submitted to the foundation.

McCarter and Davis finish their letter saying how their continued collaboration and support in every way makes it possible to formulate art education initiatives and additional learning opportunities.
