Day dress of off-white wool knit. Below knee length. V-shaped yoke with asymmetrical turndown collar; large gold-tone metal Coco Chanel shank button on collar and 3 smaller matching buttons on yoke. Two front diagonal welt pockets with flaps. Long modified dolman sleeves on dropped shoulders with 3" folded cuff and three matching gold-tone buttons. Princess seam at back. Center back closure of 5 cream colored plastic buttons under placket with snap and two matching gold-tone buttons on collar; collar folds over buttons and secures with second set of buttonholes. Lined in cream silk jacquard with CC logo; shoulder pads. Designer's label at center back neckline: "Chanel / Boutique"

Bohemian ensemble
Gold and black silk chiffon evening ensemble. A) Overblouse: peasant-style blouse of sheer black chiffon patterned in gold. Round open neckline, bound in black satin edged with gold braid. Centerfront slit opening, bound in black satin, with black and gold braided cord, tasseled ties. Full, gathered, full-length set-in sleeves with narrow black satin cuffs. The cuffs have a flush closure secured with a gold metallic loop and faceted black button. B) Underbodice: strapless, tubular bodice of pleated black chiffon patterned in gold. Centerfront ruched band from neck to waistline. Left sideseam zipper closure with a single hook & eye at the neckline. Fully lined in light brown silk. C) Skirt: full-length, pleated, full skirt of gold floral patterned black silk. Narrow waistband with lapped closure secured with a single hook & bar and snap. Centerback zipper closure. Waistline has been altered at centerfront.

Feather evening dress
Two-piece evening ensemble. a) Jacket of black velvet with long sleeve, round neck and peplum. Single breasted with four black buttons. Each has different center - one purple, green, blue, and red rhinestone. Polychrome feathers attached in circular swirl to extend out about 2". Each swirl of a different color of yellow, red, pink, purple, blue, and green about 2 1/2" to 3" apart over entire surface. Label: "Givenchy / Made in France" b) Evening gown. Full length with velvet bodice with heart shaped top attached to spaghetti straps. Gathered taffeta bubble effect from waist to hip; tight fitting to knee then flares to hem.

Floral dress
A) Dress of large floral printed silk organza. White background with pink, blue, and purple roses and green foliage. Large puffed short sleeves with band at bottom, bodice has large tuck down center front trimmed with tiny self-covered buttons, zipper at center back, peter-pan collar with detachable over-collar of white. Skirt has 4 wide overlapping horizontal tucks about 5 inches below the waist, a 14-inch hem, and is gathered to bodice at waistline. Waistline is trimmed with a purple satin sash with a bow at center front. Patterned dress
Dress of polychrome cotton pique print. It is printed with a series of horizontal bands in geometric designs in blues, reds, greens, tan/brown, orange, and purple. The sleeveless dress has a shallow boat neckline in front and deep squared-off neckline at back. The fitted bodice section ends at the natural waist, into which the long skirt is slightly gathered. The front of the skirt has two patch pockets of the same material, with the print matched to disguise the pockets. One of the lower bands of the skirt is embellished with applied non-functional circular gold-colored buttons in the diamond pattern matching the print. The hem of the dress has a 7 cm. wide band horizontal band of red wool trim, from which hangs red wool fringe. The center back zipper closure has a single hook-and-eye at top. Lined in red synthetic fabric. Designer's label at left of zipper: "Lanvin / Paris New York" Size label "6" to right of zipper.

Daytime suit ensemble. A) Jacket of cream colored silk gaberdine(?). Hip-length; box style. Bermuda collar and yoke which covers jacket front top, makes into epaulet-like treatment at shoulder, and sailor-like collar in back; geometrically shaped with white snaps at corners. Center front of jacket fastens all the way down with white snaps. Full-length dolman sleeves. Back has center seam and two darts which start 2 1/2 inches under yoke and extend to waist.
