The new apartments, at N May and Hefner Road are one-and two-bedroom units, and some units have two bedrooms and a club room. There will be 92 units available in the first section, with other section planned later. Convenience and comfort have been the watchwords in the design and construction, including such unseen items as double-wall soundproofing. All are garden type apartments, and all will have large closer space and private patios. Entries are enclosed, and every apartment will have both a front and back entrance. The builder said the swimming pool "will probably be the largest apartment house pool in this area."
