Four white columns set into the wall separate the center three columns of windows on the front side of the courthouse, with the front doors occupying the bottom of the center column of windows. The roof of the courthouse is flat and has a tall, thin metal structure rising from it with wires descending from its off-camera top. At the left corner of the courthouse a telephone pole rises up to the bottom of the third floor and has wires extending from its top in multiple directions.
