Suede boots

Boots of black suede. Over-calf-height, square-toed. Lace up front with three rows of eyelets at bottom and 15 hooks above. Block heel is covered in black suede. Lined in off-white kid leather and with a rubber and leather sole. Marks: Impressed in rubber sole: "Made in France" Stamped on lining inside: "Charles Jourdan / Paris" and "8 1/2 2A 468069 LE" Measurements: 25 cm. long; 9 cm. at widest; 45 cm. at highest; Heel: 6.4 cm. Pamela/halo hat of royal blue felt. The high, cylindrical crown is slightly domed at top, and is encircled by the wide brim, which is upturned almost to vertical, forming a "wall" around the crown. Evening ensemble. a) Evening gown of black crepe. Strapless; full length with empire waist and bodice of pink silk crepe. Straight line silhouette. Bodice forms V at center back narrowing into pleats at closure with petal-shaped fold of black crepe which covers back of bodice and snaps below waistline. Center back zipper. Bodice has attached black corset with boning with separate zipper and cups of black lace. Unlined. b)Vest of black crepe. Sleeveless with jewel neckline. Cropped length at front and elongating to tails at sides and back. Center back opening with single hook & eye closure at neckline.
