Expectations and Attitudes of a Group of Older Persons towards Institutional Living
The study reported in this thesis attempted to determine some of the effects of institutional living on a group of elderly people. The study endeavored to discover whether any changes took place between the expectations of the persons planning to enter a home for the aged and the opinions of the same persons after they had lived in the home.

A Comparison of the Cuisenaire Method of Teaching Arithmetic with a Conventional Method
The problem of this investigation was to determine the effectiveness of the Cuisenaire method of teaching arithmetic to fourth graders, as compared with a traditional conventional method. Furthermore, a secondary aspect of the problem was to compare performances of the experimental and control groups when classified according to sex.

A Study on the Stability of Self-concept
There are two major purposes of this study. First, it will attempt to ascertain whether self-concept, as measured by a self-concept scale, will fluctuate significantly due to a recent ego inflating or deflating experience, and if so, how lasting and in what areas are the effects. Secondly, it will note whether or not the low self-concept individual is more susceptible to changes in self-concept due to these environmental changes than the high self-concept individual.

The Effectiveness of the K D Proneness Scale in the Identification and Detection of Juvenile Delinquency
The present investigation was focused on the problem of identification and detection of Juvenile delinquency. The purpose of the study was to determine if Juvenile delinquents whose first offenses were runaway or auto theft differ significantly from non-delinquents of a church group. The two delinquent groups were examined to determine if a significant difference existed.
