Crossman mentions Wooten's financial advice about the loan from the Hoblitzelle Foundation, as well as others for the construction of water and sewer lines for Hamilton Park. After a meeting with the Board of Directors of the association, Crossman also states that Carl Collins would like to keep the finances private and would like Wooten's guidance on how to handle the money.
