Hat of dull yellow-green woven straw. The hat is constructed of concentric bands of woven straw mounted on a shaped, stiffed nylon net. The crown is conical in shape, flattened at top, and flaring at the base to merge into the floppy brim. Mounted at front of hat are two large artificial pink silk flowers.
