Straw hat

Hat of dull yellow-green woven straw. The hat is constructed of concentric bands of woven straw mounted on a shaped, stiffed nylon net. The crown is conical in shape, flattened at top, and flaring at the base to merge into the floppy brim. Mounted at front of hat are two large artificial pink silk flowers. Unlined; double-layer green grosgrain ribbon headband is designed so that the hat "rests" on the head. Hatpin with small, white round head and bobby pin. Designer's label inside: "Sally Victor / New York" Retailer's label inside: "Titche's / Dallas"

Evening dress

Evening dress and stole of emerald green silk brocade in oriental inspired chrysanthemum motif. a) Dress in princess line sheath style. Full-length, flared; sleeveless. Wide, moderate scooped neckline across the front and deep V-neckline across the back. The back neckline is accented with a wide spread collar and is accented with a simple knotted bow that laps the zipper. Center back zipper closure from mid-back to hip-level with a single hook & eye at the neckline. Below-the-waist seam pockets lined in green taffeta situated in the front princess seams. The bodice is fully lined in green taffeta. The dress is piece-lined in white Pellon. Retailer's label: Neiman-Marcus Union label. b) Stole of matching fabric in rectangular shape.

"Air Strip" flight hostess uniforms

1) Suit jacket for flight attendant uniform of raspberry gaberdine. Waist length; long inset sleeves; stand-up collar; heavy metal zipper with a pull ring. Union label at back left seam of style used from 1964 to 1973. Suit skirt of raspberry gaberdine. Wrap around; left side open; side closure at waist. 2) Coat of lime green and apricot wool. A-line; raglan sleeves; padded, stand up collar; heavy metal zipper with ring pull front closure. Reversible. 3) Puccino serving dress of bright yellow and magenta. A-line body in yellow; side pockets; back zipper; pleat at base of zipper; mock tie across back that fastens on side; upper portion of dress is magenta raglan sleeves; faux pocket flaps on front.
