Letter from Thomas G. Wilbanks to Truett Latimer appreciating Mr. Latimer's opposition to the bill that would legalize pari-mutuel gambling on horse racing. Mr. Wilbanks says he is particularly interested in the bill because of a situation in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he lived for a few years. He said a similar bill was proposed there but defeated. He goes on to talk about the disadvantages of the bill.
