Riprapped Road Ditch

The back of the photograph proclaims, "Road ditch work being rip-rapped for erosion protection. Water formerly cut through pasture, cutting out emergency spillway of detention reservoir No. 18, Criner Creek. REA moved poles; Jack Luttrell gave Highway Department easement to widen ditch and take water down road."
