Day dress of pale blue/gray wool. Above the knee length; short sleeves. Bodice is yoked to give appearance of a "cropped jacket" with small V at center front and deep, inverted V below. Center back zipper with hook & eye. Half belt of self at back attaches at ends with two gray, plastic, circular buttons with bound buttonholes. Mock flap pockets at sides. Lined in ivory silk. Somewhat "wrap" style, with front opening to slightly left of center secured with hidden snaps and hooks & eyes, with 4 decorative buttons on bodice. Green metallic thin tie-belt at waist, sewn to back of dress. Inside skirt are two hooks to secure, one hook on a tie, and one tie. Lined in same fabric as jacket. No labels in dress.
