Program for the funeral of Lee H. Kropff, who was born July 9, 1921, and died March 16, 1965 at the age of forty-three. The funeral was held at Prentice & Company Funeral Home, officiated by Lake L. Walker and Fred E. Dunn. He was buried in Northlawn Memorial Gardens in Northfield, Ohio.

Sandefer expresses his appreciation to Carswell for his love, devotion and the many things he has done for his parents through the years noting that they had loved Carswell as much as their own. He advises that this is his 35th Tour of the Nation with his "current outfit" stating that the Lord has been good to him and he has always loved him, more now if possible, that he may not get to heaven by following a Baptist book but will take that chance. He asks after Byrdie [Byrdie Carswell] and expresses his gratitude for Carswell's friendship through the years.

A letter written to Mr. T. N. Carswell, Abilene, Texas, from Lyle Thoburn, President, The Bowman Products Company, Cleveland, Ohio 44101, dated November 25, 1964. Thoburn advises of his agreement with Carswell that it was regretful Bob Taft was not elected instead of Johnson. He adds that it is of interest that Carswell's father and uncle and Thoburn's grandfather were all wounded in the battle of Franklin, Tennessee.
