Wild silk suit

Suit of ecru woven tussah (wild) silk consisting of 3 pieces: Size 10 A) Jacket of a slightly textured ecru/pale tan Tussah silk. Notched shawl collar, long sleeves with non-function single button at each cuff matching, center front opening with 5 circular mother of pearl buttons which are actually two buttons, a smaller stacked on a larger - cuff buttons are same. Two pockets, one at each hip. Hem, edges of opening, pocket flaps, sleeve hems, collar all slightly padded. Lined in cream silk printed with Mr. John logo in gold. B) Skirt of matching fabric. Knee-length or slightly longer. Pencil skirt, Slightly gathered/pleated into ecru grosgrain ribbon waistband. Two zippers, one at each hip. Lined in same fabric as jacket, with Mr. John logo in gold. C) blouse of matching fabric. Square neckline. Sleeveless. Lined in same fabric as skirt, with Mr. John logo. No labels in any of the pieces, but all with the Mr. John logo fabric.

Wool dress

A) Sheath style dress of navy blue wool jersey. Choir boy collar with long pointed ends and three 1" buttons at center front. Below knee length; long length sleeves gathered into 3" wide cuffs with three 1" buttons matching collar and bound buttonholes. Center back zipper with three hook & eyes on back of collar. Lined with navy blue fabric. Designer's label on left side of zipper: "Geoffrey Beene" B) Tie belt of same fabric; 1" wide.

Pair of pumps of yellow patent leather and acrylic or Lucite. The upper of the shoe is of muted yellow patent leather, with rounded toe and squared-off vamp.
