Photograph of the Cabildo building in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Cabildo was the seat of Spanish colonial city hall and is now the Louisiana State Museum Cabildo. The building has three stories with the first two containing Spanish arches and the top floor a row of windows with a French mansard roof.
