Letter from Harris Kempner Oppenheimer to Harris Leon Kempner regarding Goldsmith's request of getting the charts of the Inter Coastal canal from Houston to Brownsville as he already checked with the local engineers and they advised him that only Galveston office would have those. He also mentioned that is they're available there would be a charge and requested him to tell the amount.

Letter from Arthur M. Alpert to Harris Kempner Oppenheimer regarding the memo and mentions that he couldn't find the chart of the canal from Houston to Brownsville, but he found the one from Port Arthur to Brownsville so he included that under a different cover which is a total of one dollar.
