Tractor is a Surprise Closing the night's activity, Court Junior Pappe, 34, of 2753 Lancaster Lane, thought he saw a form on the NE 23 bridge. He slowed but not quick enough to escape ramming the rear end of chugging tractor piloted by Onie Ray Johnson, 45, Northeast of City. Johnson's tractor "plowed" 48 feet down the bridge, wound up broken in half. Pappe's car was wrecked. The latter was cited on a charge of speeding, the former on a complaint of having improper lights."
