The courthouse is a yellow building with an upward-sloping, triangular roof and three offset sections that project a short distance out from the rest of the building. Across most of the building are two rows of windows, with the bottom row containing arched windows while the upper row is made up by rectangular windows. The center offset section of the building contains the front entrance to the courthouse, which has a short set of stairs leading up to its doors. The other two offset sections sit on either side of and a short distance away from the central offset section, each with three rows of windows rather than two. The roof of the courthouse spans the width of these two offset sections, leaving the far sides of the building with a simple, flat roof. At the left end of the building a shorter, single-floor building with arched windows is visible, behind which is another building that appears rectangular and taller. Parking meters regularly spaced apart line the sidewalk while a white brick wall separates the courthouse's green lawn from the sidewalk. A short set of stairs leads from the sidewalk to the lawn of the courthouse, which contains multiple tall trees and another set of stairs, made of pale gray stone and connected to the courthouse building. These stairs rise on either side of a trapezoid-shaped stone with three arches at its front, with a four-petaled flower icon set above the central arch. At the top of the stairs is another set of steps, made of the same material and leading up to the pale green front doors of the courthouse. The building is made of the same material as the stairs and has one row of windows at the level of the doors, below them along the first floor, and above along the third floor.
