Man's coat of chocolate brown polyurethane. Trench coat style, double-breasted with 7 (1 missing) circular gold-tone buttons with centers of self. Convertible collar with large lapel and smaller, matching button. Epaulets at shoulders. Vertical slotted pockets with 1-1/2" welt. Long vent down center back closes with single, hidden button. Lined in olive green synthetic fiber fabric. Inner zipper for lining, now missing. With matching belt with brown, rectangular buckle. Brand (?) label inside: "Dimension IV"

Coat of curly sheep or goat fur in shades of brown, white, and gray mixed. Standing collar, single breasted closure and pockets all of brown leather. Closure has 5 circular, brown buttons and bound buttonholes. Long set-in sleeves; midi length. Lined in brown satin(?). Designer's label at right side seam: "Albert Alfus / New York" Retailer's label at center back neckline: "Neiman-Marcus" At right side seam is union label: "Int Ladies Garment Workers Union, Union Made ILGWU 66460" and size tag: "8"

Cocktail dress of blue, aqua and white rayon/nylon blend brocade with gold metallic lurex threads in stylized chrysanthemum flower and semi-circle or rainbow motif. Knee-length. Center front zipper is hidden by ivory satin placket with 5 self-covered buttons. Double collar of brocade under and ivory satin upper. Short sleeves. Two patch pockets with flaps and ivory satin covered button on front at sides. Princess seams. Inverted pleat in back starts at waistline; half belt band on back waistline is finished inside princess seams. Lined in blue rayon jacquard with "Mori Hanae" imprint. Designer's label at center of upper back: "(Japanese characters) / Hanae Mori" Size "12" tag attached to center of base of designer label. Retailer's label above designer label: "Neiman-Marcus" Fiber content /care label above designer label, at center back neckline just below collar.

Dress of bright red wool. Sleeveless; jewel neckline; knee length. Empire waist with inserted panel, quilted and top-stitched. Center back zipper with hook & eye. Kick pleat opening at center front seam. Lined in bright orange silk. Designer's label at inside, back neckline: "Pierre Cardin / Paris New York"

Shoes of red leather with large rectangular accent panel of white textured leather on vamp which curls up from toe and lays over vamp.

Pumps of pearlized blue patent leather. Designed with pointed toes, and gently rounded vamp. High 3 ½” spike heel also covered with pearlized blue patent leather. Stamped in right shoe: “QualiCraft” and "Hand Lasted" Handwritten inside: “7AAAA 94878 2 / AAAAA 3200537X / Heel”

Hat of open-work crocheted olive green straw. The high, somewhat conical crown is encircled at base by a band of green velvet ribbon. Sloping brim of same openwork crochet. Scattered over crown and trailing onto brim in places are applied artificial sprays of small white flowers with green leaves. Unlined. Inner green grosgrain ribbon hatband. Toque hat covered in appliqued velvet leaves. The cloche-style hat has a domed crown completely covered with vari-colored velvet leaves/blossoms in shades of pink, red, green, gold, fuchsia, brown, purple, etc. At base of crown is tied a fuchsia velvet ribbon with bow with ribbons trailing at right. Slight brim below ribbon, which extends downwards. The hat is lined in pink/fuchsia lace, and has an inner purple/mauve grosgrain ribbon hatband inside base of crown. Sewn into inner ribbon hatband is retailer's label: "Stern and Mann / Millinery. Received with a period white-painted wooden hat-stand.

Hat of black velvet. Toque style crown of black lace covered with flat strips of black velvet ribbon on sides. Edge of brim covered in black velvet. Unlined. Retailer's label on inside crown: " Sakowitz / Houston"

Modified Breton style hat of hot pink straw with high crown covered with light blue, pink, gold, purple and orange silk. Wide rolled-back brim. Lined. Retailer's label on inside hatband: "Sanger Harris / Dallas" Size tag to left of designer's label.
