M. the second Wednesday of each month." Letter from Reagan Brown to all of the county extension agents of the Texas counties involved in the Texas Community Improvement Program. The letter says that the contest has come to a close and the winners were "Crawford, McClennan County- $550, Gober, Fannin County - $450, Quitaque, Briscoe County - $350, and Haslet, Tarrant County - $250." He finishes by congratulating all of the contestants and encourages all to "Brighten the Corner Where You Are."
