Onionskin paper carbon copy of letter from John J. Herrera to E. A. (Squatty) Lyons, Precinct 4 Commissioner, Houston, Texas, dated May 12, 1950. This is request to use Judge McGee's court room in the Civil Courts Building for the Junior LULAC monthly meeting. Herrera indicates that previously they had met at Hennessey Park but membership was dwindling because it was not a safe location.
