Then in the chapels steeple, the Sam Houston Bell is wrung as it was a gift from the Texas patriot. The address is given by House Speaker Rayburn of Bonham, praising the constitution of the United States saying 59 men locked in a room wrote the greatest document in history and none of its fundamentals have changed.

McMichael, Placement Supervisor), Bureau of Probation and Parole, Columbus 15, Ohio, dated September 3, 1954. McMichael refers to the request of a pre-parole investigation advising that a health report of Subject 95040 OP has been attached. Postscript by McMichael advises that a detainer filed against this subject by the Sheriff of Grayson County, Texas has been withdrawn making subject eligible for regular parole release on November 3, 1954. Attached is a letter written to Mr. R. N. McMichael, Placement Supervisor, Ohio Penitentiary from Richard H. Brooks, M. D., Medical Director, James Hospital dated August 26, 1954. Brooks advises McMichael that the medical records of Inmate No. 95040 have been reviewed and has retained the "No Occupational Restrictions" classification given shortly after arrival at the penitentiary.
