Caption: "Three Escape Death as Auto Hits Tree Three Oklahoma Cityans escaped death near Hartshorne when this car went out of control, skidded 219 feet, overturned and struck a large tree. The tree crashed through the car, shattering the windshield. The car was driven by David C. Hadaway, 48, of 1027 Lackey drive. His wife was taken to a McAlester hospital suffering internal injuries and Hadaway was struck on the shoulder by part of the tree.
