The Relationship Between Intelligence and Personality of Sixty-two Sixth-Grade Pupils
The problem is to determine to what extent there is a relationship between a child's personality and his intelligence. As a basis for such a comparison, a study was made of sixty-two sixth-grade pupils in the Benjamin Franklin School in Wichita Falls, Texas.

The problem set forth in this study is to determine the relationship of certain factors to the popularity of students in the eighth grade of the Junior High School at Ozona, Texas. The factors to be considered in this study are as follows: 1. The socio-economic status of the parents; 2. Each of the factors measured by the California Test of Personality; 3. The intelligence quotient; 4. Scholastic achievement; 5. The length of family residence in the community; 6. Physical attractiveness of the students as evaluated by three teachers; 7. Athletic ability as evaluated by the physical education teachers; 8. Conduct in the classroom as evaluated by the home room teacher.

A Study to Determine the Adequacy of the Business Departments of Class A High Schools of Region III of Texas
The purpose of this study is to determine how adequately Class A schools of Region Three of Texas are conforming to certain standards in business education. A comparative survey of business administration programs has been made, and the programs were evaluated by standards formulated by the Texas State Department of Education and recognized investigators in this field. After careful consideration of all the data available for this study, the writer made conclusions and recommendations with regard to the business education programs in the schools of Region Three.

Determining the Extent to Which Certain Factors are Related to Morale in Church Youth Groups
Many types of groups have been studied by sociometrists but to the time of the present study, church youth groups have not been measured to determine the extent of morale and the conditions or factors that influence the degree of morale. The purpose of this study was to investigate the problem of dropouts or withdrawals among the pupils of the secondary schools of Port Arthur, Texas. It was hoped that some significant information could be compiled as to the reasons why such students in this particular city leave school before high-school graduation, and that academic, environmental, and personal factors might be identified in their relationship to the causation of dropouts or withdrawals.

Criterion Analysis: a Factorial Study of School Grades
It is the purpose of this paper to present a technique for analyzing grades and other criteria, and by so doing, arrive at the factors which will explain the variance of the criteria. This technique is not new; however, it has received very little use. The technique is simply that of factor analyzing a matrix of intercorrelations of variables which include the grades and related measures necessary to define the factors. The selection of the related variables is the crucial problem.
