Blackburn acknowledges the receipt of correspondence relative to the termination of the supervision of Subject 59,311. Typewritten at the bottom of the page is correspondence from Blackburn to Mr. Carswell advising him to return the supervisory material to their office, that the Subject has been transferred to Florida and she expresses their appreciation for the cooperation and assistance by him in this matter.
