Carl Payne, 22, living on SE 13, owner of the car on top, was giving a friend a push before dawn Wednesday when the front car struck a dead end street and a ditch at SE 9 and High. Payne kept pushing and his friend's automobile slipped into the ditch. Payne went over the top. Payne suffered a slightly sprained neck. Police would like to know the identity of Payne's "Friend."
