Fitted bodice has outer layer of chiffon with front rounded neckline and is cut to low V in back with cascade of silk and chiffon flowers at right shoulder and down right side of back. Skirt is full with three layers of chiffon; top layer of same print with next under layer of cream and bottom layer of yellow. Attached cummerbund style belt of matching draped chiffon has tie which wraps and folds at front with two wide, fringed ends.
