Morton, secretary to the American Friends Service Committee in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, dated April 29, 1953. This is a reply to Morton's letter of April 10, 1953, inquiring about the migrant agricultural labor situation in Texas. The American Friends Service Committee offered to help and John Herrera suggests they undertake a program to set up rest stations for migrant workers.
