Stokus and Soil Conservation Service technicians at Madill, Oklahoma for Marshall County Soil and Conservation District supervisors. An old Oliver 2-row lister planter was used. Planter parts and listers removed and replaced with 2 shovel plows. Foot piece of plows jointed and will trip if rock is struck. Hopper built of a 1” x 12” board is mounted on [unclear] from horses attached to the plow front. [remainder of text very faded and crossed out].
