Letters between Dr. Meyer Bodansky, who is from the Department of Pathological Chemistry at the University of Texas School of Medicine, and A. L. Dean, who is the Secretary of the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in London, England. The first letter, which is dated December 16, 1939, is from Dr. Bodansky. He explains that he recently has been interested in Scottish medicine, and has been studying scholarly volumes and manuscripts. He requests that the museum send him a particular volume of work over John D. Comrie that is entitled, "History of Scottish Medicine". The second letter is a response from the Secretary, and is dated January 6, 1940. The Secretary explains that the volumes are only distributed by the publisher, and provides the name and address of who to contact.

Letter from L. M. Hellman to Dr. Meyer Bodansky, dated October 16, 1939. The letter concerns the tested results of a laboratory experiment. The letters describes the results further in depth and then notifies Dr. Bodansky of which standardized method is being used. The letter also informs Dr. Bodansky that his work will be submitted for review for publication.

Letter from Dr. Meyer Bodansky to Dr. F. V. Grunbaum, who is from the Medical Arts Building in Houston, Texas. The letter, which is dated October 16, 1939, provides advice and a reference to aide Dr. Grunbaum in his specialized research. Dr. Bodansky also promises to discuss Dr. Grunbaum's research further in depth with his colleague.

Letter to Dr. Meyer Bodansky from Dr. Dean Clark on June 16th, 1939, regarding the acceptance of a position with the Texas Committee for Jewish Emigres.

Letter to Dr. Dean Clark from Dr. Meyer Bodansky on September 22nd, 1939, informing him that the three Jewish immigrant medical students mentioned in previous correspondence will not be allowed to retake their board examination. A list of names of possible candidates for the position of Texas representative to the National Committee for Resettlement of Foreign Physicians was also included in the letter.

Experimental report written by an unknown scientist done on lab rats in order to test the Emulsol Corporation's "solvit" product. The tester has come to the conclusion that "solvit" is not dangerous and does not have any harmful consequences. Included are two tables documenting the results of the experiment on the rats.

Letter from Dr. Bodansky to Dr. A. B. Luckhardt thanking him for a Christmas gift and passing along holiday greetings. In the postscript, Dr. Bodansky informs Dr. Luckhardt of a recently written article with information important for a project the two are cooperating on.

Letter from Dr. Meyer Bodansky to Dr. John R. Murlin thanking him for a collection of reprints from Dr. Murlin's department at the University of Rochester.
