Cardboard box addressed to "Mrs. A.P. George Richmond, Texas" from "J.J. SWEENEY JEWELRY COMPANY 417-419 Main Street HOUSTON, TEXAS". Contained 2000.085.095 There are two five cent postage stamps, one three cent postage stamp and one fifteen cent postage stamp on the box. On bottom of box postal service stamped it was sent on "MAR 29 1927".

Photograph of the Jodarski house. The home is a two story white wooden house with front porch that extends across the entire front. There are two potted plants on the left edge of the porch. Wooden steps lead to the porch and the front entrance. A dormer is located at the front center of the house. A chicken house can be seen on far right of the photograph. This photograph was taken shortly after the Jodarski's moved into the home in 1922. The house was located on 762. Written on the back of the photograph (scanned image 2000.067.005b): "Mom & Papa Jodarski moved into this house in 1922 on A. P. George Ranch Twins Madeline & Florine were born here in 1924 Rhydonia was born the next year in 1925." The Jodarskis tenant farmed on the George Ranch.

The photograph shows twelve students and one adult (teacher?) in front of a white wooden building with wooden steps that lead to a small porch and the front entrance. A brick chimney is seen to the left of the center roof line. There are two hats in the foreground. "[The Jodarski] house was next to the school - they would go home for lunch, teacher would stick the bell out of the window and ring it once for them to come back from lunch, and to come in the morning (everybody). [The Jodarski children's] father was a trustee of the school. "My-lady" Maltzick was the first teacher. Each class was taught separately, but concurrently". The photograph was taken approximately in the early 1920's. Written on back of photo as seen in scanned image 2000.067.002b: "1st school house on A. P. George Ranch". The Jodarskis tenant farmed on the George Ranch.

In this outdoor photograph, two infants identified as Florine and Madeline Jodarski, who are wearing only diapers, are sitting on a blanket in the grass. Mary Jones, who is squatting down near the blanket, is wearing a print jumper with a shirt (rolled up short sleeves) beneath. Mr. Jones' car is seen in the upper left corner of the photograph. The photograph was taken in the Jodarski front yard. [The Jodarski's older sister played with Mary often, since they were about the same age.] Written on the back of the photograph and scanned as image 2000.067.001b: "Mary Jones - Madeline - 5 mos old - 1924 Born on Albert George Ranch - 2 story house." Mr. Jodarski was a tenant farmer on the George Ranch.
